These terms govern access to the CostCubes website and client portal operated by CostCubes.com.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of data uploaded under your organisation's account. Only authorised representatives of an organisation may register it.
Nature of the service
CostCubes provides analytical and consulting outputs based on the data you supply. Findings are opinions formed on that data; they are not audit, assurance, legal or tax advice. Estimated opportunities are indicative and are not guaranteed savings or outcomes.
Fees and payment
Fees, taxes and deliverables are shown in your portal before payment. Final reports are released after payment is verified and the report is approved.
Intellectual property
Your data remains yours. Reports delivered to you may be used within your organisation. CostCubes's methods, templates and software remain the property of CostCubes.com.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant assessment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
