Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to fees paid for CostCubes assessments.

Before work begins

If you cancel before analysis work starts on your paid package, you may request a full refund less any payment gateway charges.

After work begins

Once analysis has started, refunds are considered case by case in proportion to the work not yet performed.

After release

Fees are not refundable once the final report has been released, except where the deliverables materially differ from the package description.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway, typically within 5–7 working days of approval. Requests: the email address on our Contact page.
